-Tips for Home-
Read, read, read! Please try to have your child read every day. They can read independently, with your, or both! Read for different purposes (books, recipes, directions, etc.) Don't forget that the public library is a great tool to utilize, too!
A great way to practice the math skills and games we learn in class is to have your child login to their EverydayMathOnline account. I also always say to practice time (analog, digital, and switching between) and money (especially coins and exchanging them).
Most importantly though, spend time with your kids! Have conversations with them and do activities together. They are only this age once, so try to soak up every minute of it!
